Medico Home Loans is a registered business name of Sancorp Industries Pty Ltd (ABN 90 118 008 227; ACN 118 008 227). Sancorp Industries Pty Ltd operates this website and provides home-loan information and enquiry pathways for Australian medical professionals. Credit assistance is provided by appropriately authorised mortgage brokers, including Sana Hosseini (Credit Representative Number 371443) under Lendi Group Distribution Pty Ltd (ACN 105 265 861; Australian Credit Licence 246786). These licence details identify the credit representative and licensee; they do not mean that this website itself is a lender.

Information we collect
When you contact us, request a quote or appointment, or complete a questionnaire, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, suburb or address, profession, employment and income information, home-loan goals, and any details you choose to put in a message or answer. The Speciality Compass and Medical Specialty Selector may also collect your answers about career interests and preferences. Please do not submit medical records, identification documents, bank statements, or other sensitive documents through a general website form unless a broker has directed you to an approved secure channel.
The website may also record technical information needed to operate and protect it, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referral page, approximate location derived from an IP address, and form submission times. We generally receive personal information directly from you. If you continue with a broker, that broker or lender may ask you for additional information under their own application and privacy notices.
Why we use your information
We use the information to respond to your enquiry; arrange an appointment; provide requested questionnaire results; understand the broad lending scenario you describe; connect you with an appropriately authorised broker; maintain records of communications; operate, secure and improve the website; and meet legal or regulatory obligations. A quiz result is educational and does not make an automated credit-approval decision. We do not sell personal information or use remarketing cookies.
Forms, email and other service providers
Website and quiz submissions are stored in Fluent Forms on the website and sent to the admin@medicohomeloans.au inbox using an SMTP email service. We may share information with website hosting, email, form, security and technical-support providers only as needed to operate those services. If you ask to proceed with credit assistance, relevant information may be given to the authorised broker, the licensee and, with the appropriate process and disclosures, lenders or other parties involved in assessing an application. We may also disclose information where law requires or permits it. External booking links take you to Aussie’s website, which has its own privacy practices.
Cookies and website technology
Essential cookies and similar technologies may be used for website operation, security, form functionality and your preferences. We do not use remarketing cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking essential cookies may affect website functions. If the website’s analytics or third-party tools change, this policy will be updated to describe any material change to data handling.
Overseas disclosures
We do not currently arrange routine disclosures of website enquiry or quiz information to overseas recipients. We will update this policy if our service-provider arrangements or disclosure practices change in a way that makes an overseas disclosure likely. Security and retention

We will review the matter, seek any information needed to investigate it, and respond after a reasonable investigation. If the concern relates to credit assistance, the applicable broker or licensee credit guide will explain its complaints process and external dispute-resolution pathway. If you remain dissatisfied with the handling of a privacy complaint, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Changes to this policy
